DatumQuest designed and built an automated healthcare appointment workflow using n8n to connect scheduling systems, patient communication channels, databases, and internal workflows.

The system automatically processes appointment events, sends timely reminders through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, records patient responses, updates appointment status, and alerts staff when manual intervention is required. The result is a centralized and reliable automation workflow that reduces administrative work while creating a smoother appointment experience for both patients and healthcare staff.
